Claudette brings over four years of dedicated experience in social work and community service. Claudette has volunteered her time with multiple grassroots organizations throughout the years. Claudette recently held the position of volunteer organizer with For the Many. She helped advocate for housing justice, climate justice, worker power and other movements. She just finished her most recent internship with A Wider Circle where she dedicated her time offering furniture services to the homeless, returning citizens, domestic violence survivors, immigrants and lower income communities. Claudette is eager to pursue a career in immigration law. Her inspiration behind this passion has been surrounded by family and friends who have faced challenges in earning/ declaring U.S. citizenship. She knows there are many other families who are experiencing the same struggles her family experienced, and knowing she can help is what drives her.
