Jessica Cavazos brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to driving economic prosperity within the Latino community. As the former Deputy Undersecretary of the Minority Business Development Agency, she has a proven track record of creating opportunities and resources for minority-owned businesses. Jessica's strategic leadership and advocacy efforts have propelled the growth of Latino entrepreneurs nationwide.

Jessica Cavazos grew the Wisconsin Latino Chamber from a small regional organization of 150 members to a statewide chamber with over 700 members. She also secured a new building that serves central Wisconsin as a hub for business scaling, entrepreneurship development and innovative programming. She is dedicated to advocating for resources, policies and programs that enable member chambers to innovate, invest, and grow their impact and amplify the importance of Hispanic Business ownership. As an economic equity champion, Jessica believes Latino businesses are vital contributors to the American economy, driving innovation, creating jobs, and enriching communities.

Prior to joining the USHCC as the Vice President of Chamber Relations, Jessica served as a board member for the USHCC in 2020-2023, representing the Midwest region and also served as the executive director of the Volusia Hispanic Chamber located in Deltona, Florida. She is widely recognized as a champion in advocating for the advancement of minority businesses and receiving numerous awards and accolades for her contributions to the business community.

Jessica's leadership at the USHCC team will further elevate the support and advocacy for Hispanic Owned Business and help elevate the Chamber Network that the US Hispanic Chamber aims to impact and grow. Jessica Cavazos believe that chambers play a crucial role in strengthening the mobility of Latino owned businesses and will ensure that the USHCC provides the tools needed to help them thrive and continue to contribute to the nation's most robust entrepreneurial demographic.
