Mrs. Suzanne R. Torres serves as the Chief, Programs and Management Division, Human Capital, U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC). She is responsible for the development and management of the full HR spectrum of civilian programs. She is responsible for developing and implementing policy and managing programs affecting over 17,000 Army civilians throughout AFC. She has over 20 years serving in the Human Resources (HR) field with experience working with U.S. and international policy, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and developing new HR programs across the entire Department of Defense.
