Karen Ventura is a passionate advocate for safe and inclusive sports environments, using her role as a soccer market representative to drive positive change for youth both in the U.S. and globally. Since joining Musco in 2015, she's witnessed firsthand how the Musco Mini-Pitch System™ can transform underutilized spaces into vibrant areas where children can play, build friendships, and develop lifelong skills. She spearheads the development of the mini-pitch initiative across the Midwestern U.S., Texas, and parts of the East Coast. As a bilingual speaker fluent in English and Spanish, Karen also extends this impactful initiative's reach into Latin America.
