Pastor Asia Clermont is a dynamic, motivational, and empowering speaker, trainer, entrepreneur, pastor, teacher, and CEO who has received rigorous teaching and training in business, leadership, pedagogy, and both professional and personal development coaching. With over twenty years of diversified management experience, her career spans the religious, corporate telecommunications, healthcare, education, social service, wellness, and personal coaching industries.

Pastor Clermont has held various management positions, ranging from supervisor to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and currently serves as the CEO and founder of Agape Gem Care, a licensed home health agency in Pinellas and Pasco Counties. In addition, she is the Senior Pastor and founder of Church El Olam. As a life coach, teacher, and speaker, she is a dedicated agent of change. Through her extensive training and experience as a life coach, Pastor Asia Clermont employs specific strategies and skills that utilize a holistic approach, addressing the spirit, mind, and body. This methodology allows her to influence, motivate, and assist individuals, companies, and executive management teams in overcoming self-limiting beliefs and internal obstacles. Her ultimate goal is to help others grow into better versions of themselves while learning to love and accept who they are, all while rising to the challenge to "Dare to be You."

Pastor Clermont holds several certifications in professional and personal development, including being a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker; a Certified Professional Life Coach through Orange County, Orlando, Florida; a Certified Mental Health Target Case Manager, accredited by the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA); and a nationally and internationally licensed and certified pastor. Additionally, she is an active and engaged community leader, participating in various nonprofit organizations and serving in key roles to better meet the needs of the community at large.
