Airbnb Superhost Ambassador

Ceci has dedicated the past four years to providing personalized, one-on-one support to over 1,000 new hosts through Airbnb's Superhost Ambassador Program ("Ask a Superhost"). After beginning her professional career in branding and graphic design, Ceci launched her Airbnb hosting journey in 2014 by renting a bedroom in her Brooklyn loft. This experience sparked her continued growth in real estate and rental properties. She now manages 10 active listings, encompassing entire homes, private rooms, and a mix of short- and mid-term rentals across diverse locations including San Juan, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and San Diego.

In 2022, Ceci founded Optimize My Rental to offer additional resources and educational materials for new hosts. A native of Puerto Rico, her bilingual fluency allows her to effectively assist hosts in both Spanish and English. Her expertise was further recognized in 2024 when she became the first Airbnb Ambassador to offer "Intro to Hosting" webinars in Spanish directly on the Airbnb platform. She currently supports new hosts worldwide in launching and optimizing their listings through consultations, digital resources, webinars, and live workshops.
