Election Day is Tuesday, November 4, 2014

On November 4th, voters will decide all 435 Congressional House seats, and 33 Senate seats. In addition, 46 states will be holding legislative races and there will be 36 gubernatorial elections.

Every vote in every election is important. Each vote helps to determine who will be elected and shapes policies that affect our lives. As Americans it is our civic duty.

• Remind your friends and family to vote on or by Tuesday, November 4.
• See if your state offers early voting so you can avoid the long lines.
• If you experience intimidation or any other trouble while voting, call our bilingual voter protection hotline at 1-888-VE-Y-VOTA (1-888-839-8682).
• In the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. area, volunteer for poll monitoring or for the election protection hotline.
