2016-Present. Founder ARTELATAM, LLC., a private Company that aims to: “Positioning the Latin American Art in the mainstream of the US art market by increasing the visibility of the future talented Latin American visual artists. ArteLatAm works with visual artists to produce Public art, curated art Exhibitions, Art Projects, Industrial Art and Virtual Reality, Shows, Fairs, Global connexions with Latin American Artists and Art Investments.

2014 to Present. Founder of Biz Latin Group (Biz Latin Advance and Biz Logistic Connectors, LLC Both Companies work’s among USA and Latin American countries. Sylvia has a strong desire to help and assist Latin American Communities to grow, thrive and improve their overall quality of life in New York and abroad.
She has worked on educational programs related to health, immigration, finances, art and small business. Co-produced an art, science and technology (STEM) program for 10,11 & 12 grade Latino students aiming to reduce the drop out from schools in Queens, New York, 2012-2015
Sylvia has produced various art exhibits, and very successful cultural projects, such as the presentation of the pianist Rosa Antonelli (Carnegie Hall).
Partner and supporter on the execution of the International project bi / Coa at Cervantes Institute in New York, as a national and international exhibition focused on Integrating the Latin, Spanish and Portuguese cultures from ITS constitutional roots and Allowing the art to serve as a Means to connect like-minded identities.

EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree in Economics and Statistics from “Universidad Central del Ecuador”, and a MBA from Instituto de Negocios , Madrid Spain.

SKILLS
Decision Making, Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, Ability to develop and deliver presentations, Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
