How do I sign up for the LULAC National Convention?
All attendees must register online through the official convention website. Visit the registration section when its available and follow the steps to complete your registration and payment.
Will there be early registration rates?
Yes. A limited number of early registration passes will be offered at a reduced rate. Once those are filled, standard registration pricing will apply.

What happens at the convention?
The LULAC National Convention is the organization’s largest annual gathering and includes a wide range of programs, meetings, and events such as:

Where will the convention take place?
The 2026 LULAC National Convention will be held in Fort Worth, Texas, bringing together leaders from across the United States and Puerto Rico for several days of programming, collaboration, and community engagement.
How do I reserve a hotel room?

Which airport should I fly into?
The closest airport to Fort Worth is Dallas–Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Attendees may also fly into Dallas Love Field (DAL), which is located in Dallas and offers additional domestic flight options.
Event Information:
Will a convention agenda be available in advance?
Yes. The full program schedule, including speakers and session descriptions, will be posted on the convention website as the event approaches.
Will there be a convention mobile app?
Yes. Attendees will be able to access the official LULAC mobile app that includes the agenda, speaker information, event maps, and other helpful tools during the convention.
Are meals included with registration?
Light refreshments will be available during certain convention events, and lunch may be provided for select sessions. Ticketed events such as the Women’s Hall of Fame Luncheon and the President’s Awards Gala require the purchase of a separate ticket. Additional details will be included in the event schedule and registration materials.
What should I wear to the convention?
Business or business casual attire is recommended for most convention sessions and meetings. Evening events such as the President’s Awards Gala may call for more formal attire.
Are all convention events open to registered attendees?
The LULAC National Convention is a credentialed event. Access to convention venues, sessions, and activities is limited to registered attendees and authorized participants. All attendees must wear their official convention credentials while inside convention spaces. Certain meetings or events may also require a separate ticket or invitation.
For the safety and privacy of all participants, access to convention areas is monitored and limited to individuals with official convention credentials.

Will the convention accommodate attendees with disabilities?
LULAC is committed to providing an accessible event for all participants. If you require accommodations, please indicate your needs during registration or contact the convention team in advance.
Event Policies and Disclaimers:
EVENTS GENERAL POLICY: All events require a Conference registration badge with a QR code for admission. Priority entrance is available for attendees with a disability who self-identify at the queue area as needing additional time or assistance to be seated before the general entrance doors open. Seats will not be allowed to be saved at the meal events in order to accommodate all attendees before the start of the program. For receptions and parties, attendees 21 years of age and older are required to show a government-issued photo identification in order to receive or purchase alcoholic beverages.
FOOD SERVICE POLICY: Food service for the general session meal events and breakfast sessions is only available the first hour of the program. There will only be a fixed number of vegetarian meals available during the breakfasts, lunches, and Gala. Vegetarian meals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must request for a vegetarian meal with the banquet staff at the beginning of the event. No vegan meals will be available. Because of the large number of attendees at the meal events, individual custom meal requests will not be accepted.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: As an LULAC National Convention Attendee, the registrant hereby grants to LULAC the right and permission to use, publish, and republish photographs, video, audio, or images in which the registrant may be included, in whole, part, or composite in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose, and to use the registrant’s name in conjunction if LULAC so chooses. This authorization and release shall also be binding upon the registrant’s heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. The registrant has read this release and fully understands its contents. The registrant hereby releases and discharges LULAC from all claims and liabilities arising out of or about the use of photographs, images, or information.
DEMOGRAPHIC AND PRIVACY POLICY: LULAC collects demographic information to help us understand who our Conference attendees and audience are. LULAC may use demographic information from registrants for marketing related to LULAC programs, activities, and events. LULAC may also share the registrant’s contact information (email only) with approved LULAC partners. Payment information is not shared and is kept strictly confidential. Demographic information is shared in aggregate only. If a registrant does not wish to have their contact information shared with LULAC-approved partners, the registrant must send an email request to lsmith@lulac.org stating that the registrant prefers not to have their information shared with LULAC’s partners.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The LULAC Conference will take place at the Hyatt Long Beach Hotel and the Long Beach Convention Center, which are public spaces that will also have guests from other events. While LULAC will exercise reasonable efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19, LULAC cannot eliminate the risk of contracting any contagious disease in connection with participation in this Event. By attending the Event, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 OR OTHER CONTAGIOUS DISEASES.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Event, you hereby FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS LULAC from any and all liability, injury, damage, loss, or expense that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, regardless of whether caused by fault on the part of LULAC, in connection with any exposure, infection, or spread of COVID-19 or any other contagious disease related to your participation in the Event. YOU PROMISE NOT TO SUE LULAC for any of the claims that you have released, waived, and discharged.
You understand this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any portion of this release and waiver is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. You also agree that this release and waiver extends to, and will be binding upon, me and my estate, heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives.
